Wigan Athletic striker Charlie Wyke is in a stable situation in hospital after collapsing during training earlier this week.
The 28-year-old was training with the squad as a part of their preparation for the League One match towards Cambridge United on Tuesday and fell sick.
Wyke was handled by the membership’s medical employees following his collapse earlier this week earlier than being taken to hospital and continues to be intently monitored.
